为了适应教育发展在新形势下的需要中职院校学生的创新能力培养在我国新课程改革中被着重要求。一个国家发展过程中的推动力、生命力就是创造创新。为了能给社会输送具有较高创新意识、创新精神、创新能力的高素质人才,中职院校应该更加强化创新型教学并且使之融入到课堂之中而且能够贯穿整个教学过程的始终。所以教师一定要先认识到中职电工教学中存在的弊端,然后寻找方法将创新能力渗透到教育教学中使得学生能有美好的未来。
