本文在阐述低碳经济概念的基础上,结合我国国情,基于低碳经济评价指标体系构建原则,选取了低碳经济评价指标,并应用支持向量回归模型的方法构建我国低碳经济评价指标体系,对低碳经济的发展进行了量化分析,并以此为依据提出了我国未来低碳经济发展的建议措施,从而为我国更好地发展低碳经济奠定基础。
Based on the concept of low-carbon economy and the principle of constructing low-carbon economy evaluation index system, this paper selected the low-carbon economy evaluation index and applied the method of support vector regression model to construct the low-carbon economy evaluation index system in our country. The quantitative analysis of the development of low-carbon economy, and based on this proposed China’s proposed measures for the development of low-carbon economy, so as to lay a foundation for our country to better develop low-carbon economy.
