目的 :探讨农村妇女生殖健康教育干预效果分析。方法 :选取金台区2014年5月~2015年5月100例农村已婚妇女生殖健康检查者作为研究对象,比较妇女在进行教育前后的干预疗效。结果 :在进行知识的教育之前,其在生殖方面的知识普遍偏低,经过一段时间的知识学习,其在生殖方面的知识普遍上升,教育干预前后差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。进行教育干预前,其普遍的态度较为消极,进行教育干预后其对生殖健康检查的态度出现明显的改观,教育干预前、后差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结论 :对农村妇女生殖健康教育干预的效果明显,是预防生殖道感染的有效措施。
Objective: To investigate the effect of intervention on reproductive health education in rural women. Methods: 100 rural married women reproductive health check-ups from May 2014 to May 2015 in Jintai District were selected as the research objects, and the intervention effect of women before and after the education was compared. Results: Before the education of knowledge, its reproductive knowledge was generally low. After a period of knowledge learning, its reproductive knowledge generally increased. The difference was statistically significant before and after education intervention (P> 0.05). Before the intervention of education, its general attitude was more negative. After the education intervention, its attitude towards reproductive health examination showed a significant improvement. Before and after the education intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05), which was comparable. Conclusion: The effect of intervention on reproductive health education for rural women is obvious, which is an effective measure to prevent genital tract infection.
