目的了解乌鲁木齐市中小学生早餐质量状况,为有针对性地开展营养教育提供依据。方法采用拦截式随机抽样,对乌鲁木齐市参加体检的3319名中小学生进行询问调查。结果有19.5%的学生早餐缺乏谷类,83.2%的学生早餐从不食用蔬菜水果,早餐摄入乳类及其制品和蛋类及其制品的比例分别为65.7%和54.1%,豆及豆制品的摄入比例只有2.8%。结论乌鲁木齐市中小学生早餐质量较差,配比不合理。应对学生及家长加强营养教育,改变对早餐的传统认识,促进学生健康成长。
Objective To understand the quality of breakfast in primary and secondary schools in Urumqi and to provide a basis for carrying out nutrition education in a targeted manner. Methods By intercepted random sampling, 3319 primary and secondary school students participating in the physical examination in Urumqi were investigated. As a result, 19.5% of students lacked cereal for breakfast, 83.2% never used fruits and vegetables for breakfast, 65.7% and 54.1% for breakfast and dairy products, respectively, and 54.1% for eggs and soy products The intake ratio is only 2.8%. Conclusion Urumqi primary and secondary poor quality of breakfast, the ratio is not reasonable. Nutrition and education should be strengthened for students and parents to change the traditional understanding of breakfast and promote the healthy growth of students.
