目前,劳动密集型制造业企业“用工荒”现象日渐凸显,企业面临巨大市场压力。本文通过分析“用工荒”形成的原因,从企业人力资源开发的角度提出应对措施。
At present, labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises “labor shortage ” phenomenon has become increasingly prominent, enterprises are facing tremendous market pressure. This article analyzes the reasons for the formation of “labor shortage” and puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of enterprise human resources development.
