本文着重研究DZ17高温合金采用液态金属冷却法定向凝固时,不同的下浸速度对合金组织结构和机械性能的影响。研究表明,定向凝固柱状晶的结晶取向对合金性能的影响要比枝晶间距的影响更为敏感。下浸速度、组织结构和机械性能应有一个适当的“耦合”范围,DZ17合金的下浸速度选择为10mm/分左右较为理想。
This article focuses on the DZ17 superalloy liquid-metal cooling directional solidification, the different under-soaking speed on the alloy structure and mechanical properties. The results show that the effect of crystal orientation of the directional solidified columnar crystals on the alloy properties is more sensitive than that of the dendrite spacing. Under-dip speed, microstructure and mechanical properties should have an appropriate “coupling” range, DZ17 alloy immersion rate of 10mm / min or so is ideal.
