DNA甲基化是一种新的基因调控机制,能影响蛋白质-DNA的相互作用,稳定DNA结构,影响基因表达。衰老和癌时均可发生DNA甲基化的某些改变。研究这些变化将有助于探索衰老和癌的相互关系及其发生机理。
DNA methylation is a new gene regulatory mechanism that affects protein-DNA interactions, stabilizes DNA structure, and affects gene expression. Some changes in DNA methylation can occur both during aging and cancer. Studying these changes will help to explore the relationship between aging and cancer and its mechanism of occurrence.
