本文简介脱气反应的冶金学基础,即脱气反应的热力学平衡和动力学,以及在此基础上所发展的基本技术工艺方法。简述各种真空处理设备类型及其操作方法,包括钢流真空处理,钢包真空处理和部分钢水真空处理的工艺技术和装备技术。列举四种最重要的应用范围,即去氢、脱氧、脱碳和加合金所得的实际操作结果。
In this paper, the basic metallurgy of deaeration reaction is introduced, that is, the thermodynamic equilibrium and kinetics of degassing reaction, and the basic technological process developed on the basis of this. A brief description of the types of vacuum processing equipment and their methods of operation, including steel vacuum processing, ladle vacuum processing and some molten steel vacuum processing technology and equipment technology. The four most important applications are listed, which are the results of de-hydrogenation, deoxygenation, decarburization and addition of alloying.
