咳嗽乃临床常见之证,其病因复杂而治法各殊。笔者就多年临床体验,试述治咳八法于后。一、宣散法:本法适用于外感咳嗽。风寒咳嗽:证见咳声重浊,痰清稀,恶寒发热,无汗,头身痛,喉痒鼻塞,胸部紧闷,舌淡,苔薄白,脉浮紧。宜辛温疏散,与荆防败毒散、杏苏散加减。 Cough is a common clinical evidence.
