血小板源生长因子在动脉粥样硬化发生中起着重要的作用。为了阻断血小板源生长因子致动脉粥样硬化的作用,我们利用基因工程技术试图制各血小板源生长因子受体结合城与乙型肝炎核心抗原的融合蛋白,并以此蛋白作为疫苗,探讨其防治动脉粥样硬化发生发展的可能性.本文报道血小板源生长因子受体结合城基因的化学合成以及与乙型肝炎核心抗原基因的融合克隆的构建,经双酶切、序列分析证实,这两种基因融合成功。
Platelet derived growth factor plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis. In order to block the effect of platelet-derived growth factor on atherosclerosis, we used genetic engineering to try to make fusion proteins between platelet-derived growth factor receptor and core antigen of hepatitis B and hepatitis B virus. Prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis occurrence and development possibilities. This paper reports the chemical synthesis of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-binding gene and the construction of a fusion cloning with the hepatitis B core antigen gene. The results of double enzyme digestion and sequence analysis showed that these two genes were successfully fused.
