在分析了加工和测量过程中误差分布的动态特性的基础上 ,给出了实现零废品加工对加工能力和测量能力的要求。根据产品质量要求和公差规定 ,建立了基于零废品制造的验收安全裕度模型。
Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the error distribution during machining and measurement, the requirements of zero-waste processing on the processing ability and measurement capability are given. According to product quality requirements and tolerances, a margin-based acceptance safety margin model based on zero-waste products was established.
