目的 :检测丝裂霉素C 右旋糖酐 (MMC D)的稳定性及抗瘤细胞活性。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法检测MMC D合成后及保存 1年时的交联情况及稳定性 ,并以台盼蓝染色方法测定MMC D对胃癌细胞系MGC 80 3的抗肿瘤细胞活性。结果 :MMC D合成及保存 1年后的交联率均为 90 % ,其抗肿瘤活性与MMC相近。结论 :MMC D不降低MMC的抗肿瘤活性 ,稳定性好 ,为进入临床实验提供了良好的条件。
Objective: To detect the stability and antitumor activity of mitomycin C dextran (MMC D). METHODS: The cross-linking and stability of MMC D after 1-year storage and the anti-tumor activity of MMC D were evaluated by trypan blue staining. Results: The cross-linking rate of MMC D was 90% after 1 year of synthesis and preservation, and its anti-tumor activity was similar to that of MMC. CONCLUSION: MMC D does not reduce the anti-tumor activity of MMC, and has good stability and provides favorable conditions for clinical trials.
