在通信行业2G时代主要以语音为主、由于网络的限制只能实现GPRS、彩信等简单的数据业务,对于功能的使用无需培训和指导。而在3G时代网络技术不断成熟,带宽迅速增加,可实现的数据业务种类呈现多样化、差异化,操作趋向复杂化。所以不能像2G的销售方法,而是必须通过亲自操作才能真正掌握和感受3G业务所带来的惊喜。那么3G业务该如何营销呢?
In the 2G era of the communications industry, voice is the main part. Due to the limitation of the network, only simple data services such as GPRS and MMS can be implemented. There is no need for training or instruction on the use of functions. In the era of 3G, network technologies are constantly maturing and bandwidth is rapidly increasing. The types of data services that can be implemented are diversified and differentiated, and the operation tends to be complicated.
