2012年10月21日至12月15日,笔者有幸参加上海市静安区教育局组织的静安教师培训团赴加拿大多伦多大学进行为期56天的培训。其间,笔者到多伦多当地的大中小学、社区学院、老年教育中心和安大略省教育部、安大略省教师学院等教育单位参观考察,深入当地家庭,以住家形式熟悉和体验加拿大的风俗与文化。作为一名从事终身教育工作的专职教师,加拿大的终身教育给我留下了深刻的印象。
October 21, 2012 to December 15, 2012, I was fortunate enough to participate in Jing’an District, Shanghai Jing’an District Board of Education teacher training group to go to Canada’s University of Toronto for a 56-day training. In the meantime, I went to Toronto to study and study at primary and secondary schools, community colleges, elderly education centers, Ontario Ministry of Education, Ontario Teachers College and other local educational institutions to familiarize themselves with Canadian customs and cultures. As a full time teacher in lifelong education, I was deeply impressed by lifelong education in Canada.
