为适应医学科学技术的发展及临床应用的需要,近年来我们用辐射研究、~3H-TdR掺入法等对塑料输液器,进行了辐照前后理化性质的对比研究。由大量样品抽检、测试研究认为~(60)Coγ线辐照2.5~10×10~4Gy,对原产品一般理化性质无影响。未发现辐解毒性产物。辐照灭菌效果良好,安全可靠。为辐照灭菌塑料输液器的辐照研究及推广应用提供了一定的实验依据。
In order to meet the needs of medical science and technology development and clinical application, in recent years, we used radiation research, ~ 3H-TdR incorporation, etc. to compare the physicochemical properties of plastic infusion sets before and after irradiation. By a large number of sample sampling, the test that the ~ (60) Co gamma ray irradiation 2.5 ~ 10 × 10 ~ 4Gy, the original product has no effect on the general physical and chemical properties. No radiodetotoxic products were found. Irradiation sterilization effect is good, safe and reliable. Irradiation sterilized plastic infusion irradiation research and promote the use of provided some experimental evidence.
