通过选择合适的刀具材料、合理的刀具参数(主要是刀具直径)和切削用量,有效地改善了淬硬钢材料的铰削加工工艺性能,解决了实际生产中淬硬钢材料高精度孔难加工的问题。加工完成的工件经精度等级达到了规定的IT7级,表面粗糙度值Ra0.73~0.86μm,完全能满足高精度模具的生产要求。
