利用5kWCO2连续激光器在16Mn钢表面进行激光熔覆钴基合金涂层,研究了激光覆合金涂层的显微组织形貌、相结构以及显微硬度。激光熔覆涂层可分为三个区域:熔化区(合金层)、结合区及基材热影响区。合金涂层由γ-Cos枝晶及其间的共晶组织组成,合金涂层的主要组成相为γ-Co和(Cr,Fe)7C3。
The surface of 16Mn steel was coated with cobalt-based alloy by 5kW CO2 continuous laser. The microstructure, phase structure and microhardness of laser-coated gold coating were studied. Laser cladding coatings can be divided into three areas: the melting zone (alloy layer), the binding zone and the substrate heat affected zone. The alloy coating consists of γ-Cos dendrites and the eutectic structure therebetween. The main phases of the alloy coating are γ-Co and (Cr, Fe) 7C3.
