目的 体外模拟高强度聚焦超声 (high- intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU )点组合扫描破坏三维立体靶区的过程 ,为 HIFU治疗肝肿瘤的临床方案提供实验依据。方法 在 B超实时监控下 ,采用从点到线 ,从线到面 ,由面到体的 HIFU立体组合扫描方式破坏离体牛肝组织内的设定靶区 ,测定凝固性坏死灶的大小、形状和体积。结果 HIFU立体组合扫描方式能使牛肝组织内预先设定的任意大小、形状的靶区出现凝固性坏死 ,受损区与正常组织边界清楚。结论 HIFU能沿设定靶区边界实时完全破坏三维立体的肝内靶区组织。
Objective To simulate the process of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined scanning to destroy the three-dimensional target region in vitro, and to provide experimental basis for HIFU treatment of liver tumors. Methods B-ultrasound real-time monitoring was performed. From the point to the line and from the line to the face, the surface-to-body HIFU stereoscopic combined scanning method was used to destroy the set targets in the isolated bovine liver tissue, and the size of coagulation necrosis was determined. Results The HIFU combined scanning method could make coagulation necrosis in the target area of any size and shape preset in the bovine liver tissue, and the boundary between the damaged area and the normal tissue was clear. Conclusion HIFU can completely destroy the three-dimensional intrahepatic target tissue in real time along the boundary of the set target area.
