政府机构改革,机关人员分流,这对大多数的机关干部来说,既是一次难得的机遇,又是一场严峻的挑战:既有自身身价的失落,又有从事职业的变更;既有个人感情的撕扯,又有未来命运的抉择。面对日渐明朗的改革方案,众多的机关干部在想什么?他们有什么打算?将怎样重新找到自己的位置?近日,本文作者在郑州、开封、石家庄、保定等城市对140多名不同部门、不同层次的机关干部进行了调查走访,从而在一定程度上分析了他们面对改革分流的不同心态。
