目的探索宫颈癌患者盆腔脏器亚毫米CT静脉成像的最佳时间,为CT诊断及三维重建提供实践基础。方法将45名不同期别宫颈癌患者随机分为3组,每组15人,自注射造影剂起分别延时70s(A组)、90s(B组)、120s(C组)进行扫描。所得图像由两位放射科医师分别在诊断工作站进行观察,并对图像质量进行评级和评分。对评级评分数据进行统计学分析。结果各组宫颈癌患者静脉期扫描图像评价中B组总体评分最高,增强扫描后经统计学分析,三组延迟增强扫描效果均有统计学差异,B组图像整体增强效果最佳。结论自注射造影剂起延时90s行静脉期扫描,可获得图像质量最好的扫描数据,从而有利于宫颈癌的诊断及为三维重建提供实践基础。
Objective To explore the best time for submillimeter CT venography of pelvic organs in patients with cervical cancer and provide a practical basis for CT diagnosis and 3D reconstruction. Methods 45 patients with different stages of cervical cancer were randomly divided into 3 groups with 15 patients in each group, scanning for 70s (group A), 90s (group B) and 120s (group C) respectively after contrast injection. The resulting images were observed by two radiologists at a diagnostic workstation, respectively, and the image quality was rated and scored. The rating score data for statistical analysis. Results The overall score of group B in the evaluation of venous phase of cervical cancer patients was the highest in all groups. Statistical analysis showed that there was statistical difference between the three groups in delayed enhancement scanning and the best enhancement in group B. Conclusion Intravenous scanning of the contrast agent for 90s from the injection of contrast agent can obtain the best image quality scanning data, which is helpful for the diagnosis of cervical cancer and provide the practical basis for the three-dimensional reconstruction.
