最近,中国电子质量管理协会在京召开实施“用户满意工程”经验交流会,会议总结两年来企业开展该项活动的经验,研讨推进发展需要解决的问题,表彰了一批先进单位和先进工作者(表彰名单见表1、表2)。这对促进企业经营观念的转变,推动企业质量改进和技术创新有着十分积极的现实意义。为在电子信息产品制造业继续推进该项活动,现将有关要求通知如下:1.在电子信息产品制造业开展“用户满意工程”活动要坚持遵循企业自主的原则,紧密联系企业特点和产品特点,在提高质量和竞争力上见实效。
