本文采用STC12C5628AD作为控制内核,开发出具有既能加热,又能降温双向控制功能的水浴控制系统,使设备的温控精度达到±1℃,温控范围为-10℃—+100℃。本系统使用一种新型的半导体制冷片,利用半导体材料的Peltier效应实现制冷的目的。并采用数字温度传感器DS18B20实时监测温度,主控制内核单片机根据检测的温度数据和设定的温度数据控制PTC加热片和致冷片工作运行。为控制简洁方便,该系统还采用带触摸屏的液晶显示器,既能显示和控制实时温度和设定温度,并能在液晶上描绘温度曲线的变化趋势,便于观察调试。经测试,这种控制方案提高了恒温水浴锅的工作效率和控制精度,具有良好的推广价值。
In this paper, STC12C5628AD as the control core, developed with both heating and cooling control function of the two-way water bath control system, the temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, temperature control range of -10 ℃ - +100 ℃. The system uses a new type of semiconductor refrigeration chip, the use of semiconductor materials, Peltier effect cooling purposes. And the use of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 real-time monitoring of temperature, the main control core microcontroller based on the detected temperature data and set the temperature data control PTC heating chip and the cooling plate work. To control the concise and convenient, the system also uses a liquid crystal display with a touch screen, both to display and control the real-time temperature and set the temperature, and can describe the trend of the temperature curve on the LCD for easy observation and debugging. Tested, this control program to improve the work efficiency and control accuracy of constant temperature water bath, has a good promotional value.
