[目的]探讨预注氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液对丙泊酚实施人流手术麻醉效果的影响。[方法]将160例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级行人流手术患者随机双盲均分为两组,每组80例:A组,麻醉诱导前静脉注射脂肪乳安慰剂10ml;B组,麻醉诱导前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯注射液10ml。丙泊酚实施麻醉诱导,记录术中镇痛效果和术后宫缩痛的情况;同时连续监测入室后(T0)、麻醉诱导后(T1)、术中(T2)、术毕(T3)的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR);观察记录两组患者丙泊酚的用量、麻醉恢复时间及术中、术后不良反应的发生情况。[结果]在T3点与B组比较,A组的MAP明显升高、HR明显加快(P﹤0.05);B组术中镇痛情况明显优于A组,术后宫缩痛也明显轻于A组(P﹤0.05);B组术中丙泊酚追加量和总用量,与A组相比明显减少(P﹤0.05);两组术后恶心呕吐、头晕头痛发生率的差异无统计学意义。[结论]氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液能有效减少丙泊酚用量,加强术中镇痛效果,明显减轻术后宫缩痛,不增加麻醉恢复时间,不良反应低。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of pre-filled flurbiprofen ester lipid microsphere injection on the effect of propofol anesthesia in abortion. [Method] A total of 160 ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade patients underwent a double-blind randomized double-blind operation, divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group: group A, 10 ml of fat emulsion placebo before anesthesia induction; group B, Flurbiprofen ester injection 10ml. Propofol was used to induce anesthesia and the intraoperative analgesia and uterine contractions were recorded. At the same time, the changes of post-operative (T0), post-anesthesia induction (T1), intraoperative (T2) and postoperative Mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded. The dosage of propofol, recovery time of anesthesia and intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions were observed and recorded in two groups. [Result] Compared with group B, the MAP in group A was significantly increased and the HR significantly increased at T3 point (P <0.05). The pain relief in group B was significantly better than that in group A, and the postoperative uterine contractions were significantly lighter Group A (P <0.05). The amount and total amount of propofol in group B were significantly lower than those in group A (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and dizziness and headache significance. [Conclusion] The injection of flurbiprofen ester lipid microsphere can effectively reduce the dosage of propofol, enhance the intraoperative analgesic effect, relieve the postoperative contractions pain obviously, do not increase the anesthesia recovery time, and have a low adverse reaction.
