监察机关恢复组建25年来,每一项工作都书写着一段历史,每一步足迹都是一座路标。25年艰辛探索,事件众多;25年辛勤耕耘,硕果累累。由于篇幅所限,本刊特从中撷取100件大事,以此记录行政监察工作走过的历程。让我们通过这些岁月留痕,共同回顾行政监察工作走过的不平凡的25年。1986年(1)11月18日,国务院向第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会提出《关于提请设立中华人民共和国监察部的议案》。(2)12月2日,第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十八次会议通过《关于设立中华人民共和国监察部的决定》。
In the 25 years since the resumption of the formation of the supervisory organ, each piece of work has written a history. Each step of its footsteps is a signpost. 25 years of hard exploration, many events; 25 years of hard work, fruitful. Due to the limited space, we extracted 100 important events from this issue to record the progress of administrative supervision. Through these years of indelible marks, let us recall the extraordinary 25 years of administrative supervision. (1) On November 18, 1986, the State Council submitted the “Proposal on Bringing the Establishment of the Ministry of Supervision of the People’s Republic of China to the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People’s Congress.” (2) On December 2, the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People’s Congress passed the Decision on Establishing the Ministry of Supervision of the People’s Republic of China.
