采用麻醉大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察冠脑益嗪对血液流变学的影响。结果表明,阻断冠脉血流30min时,血液流变学各参数发生异常变化,于结扎前3min静脉注射冠脑益嗪5mg·kg-1,能明显降低高、中、低切变率下全血粘度,红细胞压积,降低血浆粘度和纤维蛋白原,缩短红细胞电泳时间。提示,冠脑益嗪具有防止结扎冠脉所致的血液流变学各参数变化,改善微循环的作用,可能与降低红细胞压积,提高红细胞变形能力,缩短红细胞电泳时间,抑制红细胞聚集性,降低纤维蛋白原以及影响钙离子等作用有关。
