南昌地铁1号线5标段盾构隧道穿越抚河,抚河下有破除桥梁残留的临时钢筋混凝土桩等障碍物。采用地质雷达确定了抚河段内未知地下障碍物的位置,同时对盾构机刀盘配制、螺旋输送机和掘进参数进行了分析。研究表明:为了保证盾构机安全穿越地下障碍物区,刀盘刀具需具备一定的破岩能力,同时需对刀盘转速和掘进速度进行控制;最后分析了穿越地下障碍物对盾构机的影响。这对今后地铁盾构隧道工程有一定的指导意义。
