目的研究慢性肾功能不全(CRF)对耳蜗的影响。方法应用5/6肾切除法制造大鼠CRF模型,检测其肾功能及肾脏组织形态变化,观察CRF对实验动物脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)阈及耳蜗螺旋器表面超微结构的影响。结果模型组ABR阈提高值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),对螺旋器表面超微结构的损伤,主要表现为耳蜗各回内毛细胞静纤毛的不同程度缺失,外毛细胞静纤毛较少受损。结论CRF可影响耳蜗听毛细胞的结构与功能,导致不同程度感音神经性聋。
Objective To investigate the effect of chronic renal insufficiency (CRF) on cochlear. Methods Rat model of CRF was established by 5/6 nephrectomy. The renal function and renal morphology were examined. The effects of CRF on brainstem auditory evoked potential (ABR) threshold and ultrastructure of cochlear spiral organ were observed. Results The threshold value of ABR in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), which impaired the ultrastructure of the spiral surface. The main abnormalities were the varying degrees of static cilia in the inner hair cells of the cochlea, Less damage. Conclusion CRF can affect the structure and function of cochlear hair cells, leading to different degrees of sensorineural deafness.
