教师的职业倦怠是教师心理问题的一种。近年来,教师心理问题受到普遍的关注,促进了教师教育的发展。普遍来说,由于基础音乐课程地位不高,中小学音乐教师实际存在的职业心理问题也是鲜有人关注。本文从这一现实问题出发,主要浅析中小学音乐教师职业倦怠的成因,负面影响及提出相关的策略。
Teacher’s job burnout is a kind of teacher’s psychological problem. In recent years, teachers’ psychological problems have received widespread attention and promoted the development of teacher education. Generally speaking, due to the low status of basic music courses, the occupational psychological problems that actually exist in music teachers in primary and secondary schools are rarely given attention. This article starts from this realistic problem, mainly analyzes the cause of the professional burnout of the music teachers in primary and secondary schools, the negative influence and proposes related strategies.
