无钟炉顶越来越多地应用到国内许多高炉上。为了摸索无钟炉顶的布料规律,开炉时往往都进行布料参数的实测工作,测量方法也越来越先进,有的厂家也使用了计算机作为测量的手段,但所得测量数据的处理还是主要依靠人工在坐标纸上标点描线进行,查询时依靠观察坐标纸上的曲线坐标获得所需参数,这种方法是不科学的,也是不准确的。本钢5号高炉2001年大修后,原来的双钟式炉顶改为串罐无料钟炉顶,开炉时进行了布料实测工作,为了避免数据处理及查询产生误差,影响日后炉顶布料准确性,我们结合统计学知识,利用计算机作为手段,做出了数据的自动处理和查询系统,不但科学,而且方便了现场人员的使用,具有优于传统布料实测数据处理的优点。
