抽油泵在井下正常工作时,柱塞与衬套每天相对运动高达万次以上,由于相对摩擦,使配合间隙逐渐增大,漏失量急剧增加,致使抽油泵失效,因此,需经常对泵进行修理。 起初,我们采用钢管机械加工后内孔再镀铬,更换衬套配件修复泵,因原材料紧缺,且价格上涨,不仅修复成本增加,而且难以满足油田生产的需要。针对上述情况,我们不懈地寻找
