在固定床反应条件下 ,对制备的ZBDS脱硫剂的动力学进行了实验测定。动力学实验基本条件 :常压反应 ,硫化物体积分数为 0 .0 2 %~ 0 .0 4% ,温度为 2 0~ 60℃ ,脱硫剂平均粒径为 0 .2 5mm(60~80目 ) ,脱硫剂添加量为 0 .1g。在消除内外扩散影响的条件下 ,得到了固定床反应条件下动力学实验数据。采用非线性最小二乘法对实验数据进行处理 ,得到了经验动力学方程。对所建立的动力学模型方程进行残差分析、决定性指标ρ2 和工程F检验 ,结果表明 :在本动力学实验条件下 ,对制备的脱硫剂所建立的经验动力学方程是工程适用的
The kinetics of the prepared ZBDS desulfurizer was experimentally determined under the condition of fixed bed reaction. Kinetic experiment basic conditions: atmospheric pressure reaction, the volume fraction of sulfide 0.2% ~ 0. 04%, the temperature of 20 ~ 60 ℃, desulfurizer average particle size of 0.2mm (60 ~ 80 mesh ), Desulfurization agent added amount of 0. 1g. Under the condition of eliminating the influence of internal and external diffusion, kinetic experimental data under fixed bed reaction conditions were obtained. The experimental data were processed by nonlinear least square method and the empirical dynamic equation was obtained. Residual analysis, deterministic index ρ2 and engineering F test were carried out for the established kinetic model equations. The results show that under the dynamic experimental conditions, the empirical kinetic equation established for the prepared desulfurizer is applicable to engineering
