本文建立了一个用于发动机气体交换过程模拟计算的排气消声器模型。对于国产车用发动机广泛采用的双膨胀腔式抗性消声器(如EQ6100发动机用排气消声器),用专门设计的研究气体波动边界条件的气体单波实验台验证表明,其计算结果明显优于已存在的单腔容积模型,并在计算前无需对消声器做任何预先实验。用此模型对实际发动机换气过程进行计算,其结果表明,排气消声器对排气系内压力波动的影响应予以考虑。
In this paper, an exhaust muffler model for simulating engine gas exchange process is established. The dual-expansion cavity-resistant muffler (such as exhaust muffler for EQ6100 engine), which is widely used in domestic automotive engines, is verified with a specially designed gas single-wave experimental bench for studying the gas wave boundary conditions, which shows that the calculated result is obviously superior to There is a single-cavity volumetric model that does not require any prior experimentation with the muffler before calculation. The actual engine ventilation process is calculated using this model. The results show that the effect of the exhaust muffler on the pressure fluctuations in the exhaust system should be taken into account.
