This article at any time under this situation, a comprehensive interpretation of the Huaihe River and its watershed as a tributary of the environmental changes, briefly from the Bahe River, the middle and lower reaches of the three rivers in the Bahe River Basin environmental problems. Tracing back to the top, the crux of the issue is that the impact on the upper reaches of the Bahe River is very much affected by the changes. Therefore, we should be cautious about the governance so as to secure the rivers so that the people can be safeguarded.
