埕岛油田所用低碱性海水钻井液对钻具的腐蚀严重。本文报道了海水成分分析结果,讨论了钻具腐蚀的基本原理,在海水中测定了一些因素对腐蚀速率的影响,影响最大的是pH值和溶解氧,其次是温度,多种化学处理剂有缓蚀作用。筛选出了3种缓蚀添加剂:除氧剂亚硫酸钠,水基润滑剂SRH,复合缓蚀剂ZHⅡ。0.05%亚硫酸钠+0.3%ZHⅡ或1%SRH可使pH为8.3—8.5的聚合物海水泥浆的腐蚀速率降低80%以上。
The low-alkaline seawater drilling fluid used in Chengdao Oilfield is seriously corrosive to the drilling tools. This paper reports the results of seawater composition analysis, discusses the basic principles of drilling tool corrosion, and measures the effects of some factors on the corrosion rate in seawater, most influencing the pH and dissolved oxygen, followed by temperature, and various chemical treatments Corrosion inhibition. Three types of corrosion inhibitors were screened: sodium deoxygenate, water-based lubricant SRH and composite corrosion inhibitor ZHⅡ. 0.05% sodium sulfite + 0.3% ZH-II or 1% SRH can reduce the corrosion rate of polymer seawater slurry with pH 8.3-8.5 by more than 80%.
