吴丽珍以执著的事业信念、永恒的育人爱心、有效的管理方法,构筑完整的爱的教育网络,走向通往教育人生灿烂的阳光之旅。吴丽珍将“快乐情感培养”贯穿幼儿园教育教学始终,有效推动“幼儿区角活动”的研究与开展。通过积极的课改,发展孩子的自主性,培养具有自主精神的、积极情感态度的“快乐儿童”。作为幼儿园管理者,她构建“快乐·和谐·发展”的校园文化,促进了幼儿园品位的提升与全面发展,提出“自由和秩序”“继承和创新”“艺术和生活”“快乐和发展”的教育观,引领着幼儿园的可持续发展。吴丽珍认为,幼儿园应该有自己的课程主张,她初步构思出一套园本“彩虹课程”方案,提出“尊重生命成长,回归多彩生活,享受幸福童年”的办园指导思想,期待通过彩虹课程的实施,培养健康快乐、主动学习、大胆表现的幸福儿童。
