July 18-21, 2014, the 15th International Symposium on Contemporary Chinese Linguistics was held in Heilongjiang University. The conference was hosted by Editorial Department of Contemporary Linguistics, Institute of Languages, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The Russian Language and Culture Research Center of Heilongjiang University and the Linguistics and Modern Languages Department of Chinese University of Hong Kong were also hosted by the Ministry of Education’s key humanities and social science research base.
