一、问题的提出 经研究,反射体材料的电阻率越小,反射体反射的能量就越大。铝是具有较小电阻率的材料,但价格昂贵,而且在空气中又易氧化,时间长了就会影响用其制作的天线的电性能。同时用铝制造微波天线,为满足刚度和强度的要求就要耗用大量的铝。此外铝制做天线,采用气压成型工艺时,由于铝有较大的回弹系数,因而也影响了天线的精度。 在此就提出了是否能制造一部重量轻、刚度好、强度大、精度高,而且又十分节省
