进行了6根PP ECC和1根混凝土柱的轴压试验研究,分析不同长细比、龄期、配筋率等参数对柱子的破坏形态、变形特点和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,轴压长柱的承载力随着长细比的增加缓慢下降;PP ECC柱的破坏形态与普通混凝土明显不同。极限状态时,PP ECC的裂纹宽度控制在0.05mm以内,并且未出现PP ECC的压溃崩碎现象。在本试验的配筋率参数范围内,PP ECC的承载力随着配筋率的增加而增加,但延性呈缓慢下降趋势。随着龄期的增长,PP ECC延性有所下降,承载力虽然呈上升趋势,但变化不明显。
The axial compression tests of six PP ECC and one concrete column were carried out. The effects of different slenderness ratio, age, reinforcement ratio and other parameters on the failure morphology, deformation characteristics and mechanical properties of the column were analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity of long columns with axial compression decreases slowly with the increase of slenderness ratio within the range of experimental parameters. The failure modes of PP ECC columns are obviously different from ordinary concrete. At the limit state, the crack width of the PP ECC was controlled within 0.05 mm, and no crush collapse phenomenon of the PP ECC occurred. In the range of the reinforcement ratio parameters, the bearing capacity of PP ECC increased with the increase of the reinforcement ratio, but the ductility showed a slowly decreasing trend. With the increase of age, the ductility of PP ECC has been reduced. Although the bearing capacity is on an upward trend, the change is not obvious.
