与炼钢厂的渊源,缘起2001年,那一年,我曾两次走进炼钢厂,体验着他们开始创建学习型工厂最初的兴奋与成果。炼钢厂的全称是山东钢铁集团莱钢炼钢厂。那时刚刚起步的创建活动,帮助炼钢厂的职工从企业有史以来最大事故的阴影下走了出来。他们创办了新世纪大学,本着炼钢先炼人的理念,通过培训把全体员工的注意力重新引到了企业生产经营、发展成长的轨道上,创下了炼钢领域1项全国纪录,4项全国第二,成为当时莱钢集团内一颗亮丽的新星。2010年12月,当我再次走进炼钢厂,企业翻天覆地的变化震撼着我,生产厂区由1个扩展为3个;炼钢的转炉由3座增加到9座;连铸机由4台增加到10台;员工由2000人增加为4000多人;当年210万吨的年产量,已上升为年产1000万吨;就连炼钢厂的领导班子,也已经换过了两届……眼前的炼钢厂陌生而遥远,恍惚之中那依然每天举行的升国旗仪式,依然高高悬挂的“工作着是美丽的”巨幅标语,以及厂里处处流动着的那种蓬勃向上,进取拼搏,超越自我的熔炉气息,让我找回了当年的熟悉和与亲切。
