为缩短注塑产品模具设计的开发周期、提高产品的经济效益以及使产品得到更加合理的模具结构方案。运用Moldflow对塑料管接头进行CAE分析。通过对充填、流动、保压及锁模力的模拟分析,预测塑件可能出现的缺陷并加于修改。得到的结果如下:最小纵横比为1.159,最大纵横比为14.076;充填时速度压力在3.74s时开始切换,最大流动速率为10.74cm3/s,整个充填阶段在3.863s内完成,在3.74s处出现充填过程中最大压力为0.68Mpa,锁模力峰值为0.22tonne在4.53s处出现。
