植物体对于次生代谢产物的合成和积累具有非常精准的空间调控网络。次生代谢产物因为其特定的生物学功能和固有的细胞毒性而积累在特定的部位,催化其形成的酶类也特异地分布在不同的器官、组织、细胞及细胞器中。阐述了植物次生代谢产物的功能与其空间特异性分布之间的关系,进而对植物次生代谢相关酶与次生代谢产物空间特异性分布之间的关系,以及次生代谢途径相关酶类的器官、细胞及亚细胞定位的研究方法进行了论述。
Plants have very precise spatial regulatory networks for the synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites. Secondary metabolites accumulate at specific sites because of their specific biological functions and inherent cytotoxicity, catalyzing the formation of enzymes that are also specifically distributed in different organs, tissues, cells and organelles.
