汽车覆盖件刚度是反映覆盖件使用性能的一项重要指标,如何评价覆盖件的刚度,目前尚没有统一的标准。为了建立覆盖件刚度的评价指标和检验标准,以扁壳类零件为模型,对不同材料、曲率半径(单曲)、弧高(双曲)及厚度的曲面扁壳类零件,利用自动测试装置得出载荷—挠度曲线。根据所得曲线对比分析了4种刚度评价指标,给出了弹性变形选取范围及K值的确定方法。研究结果表明这是一种比较准确适用的覆盖件刚度评价方法与评价指标。
The stiffness of automobile panel is an important index to reflect the performance of panel. How to evaluate the stiffness of panel is not yet a uniform standard. In order to establish the evaluation index and test standard of the rigidity of the cover, the flat-shell parts are taken as the model to test the flat surface parts of the flat shell with different materials, the radius of curvature (single), the arc height (hyperbolic) and the thickness by using the automatic testing device Draw load-deflection curve. According to the obtained curves, four kinds of stiffness evaluation indices were compared and analyzed, and the selection method of elastic deformation and K value were given. The results show that this is a more accurate and applicable method of evaluating the stiffness of the cover and evaluation index.
