Through the Japanese architecture completed in the late 1970s and early 1980s, we can see the awakening of the Japanese architecture community. They bravely welcomed the needs of social progress. People are dissatisfied with the urban environment that has developed over the past 30 years and condemn more than praise for the changes in the environment. Japan’s architectural community has further recognized this and has understood and deepened their responsibilities to society. Prominent expression of architecture is the understanding of “people”. The appeal of society and the self-respect of the construction workers to the profession have brought Japanese architecture to a new stage.
