中共中央国务院在2016年2月21日公布的《关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》)中,针对优化街区路网结构、缓解道路交通及停车难问题首次提出推广“街区制”这一理念。“街区制”的推行导致现有封闭社区与公共街区的导向识别系统结构发生变化,社区空间的开放使其原有“个性化”的导向识别系统需与开放街区的“共性化”公共导向识别系统相关联,对导向识别系统提出新的设计要求及诉求。本文立足于哈尔滨市,以哈尔滨道外区的“街区制”导向识别系统为主要研究对象,通过对哈尔滨街区实际情况的分析,明确目前住宅社区导向识别系统及公共空间导向识别信息识别弱的问题所在,找出影响公共导向识别系统难于“引导”与“识别”的因素。
