优秀运动员经过多年系统的训练和比赛后,机体会产生极大的疲劳,甚至会产生严重的心理厌倦。如果教练员不适时地进行训练调整而一味地对训练加码,运动员很可能会出现心理、生理、训练、比赛的障碍,严重影响运动员成绩的提高。为了改变这种不良状况,聪明的教练员会及时作出决策,改变原来制定的训练计划,这种做法一般被称做“训练调整”。“训练调整”是有针对性的。积极的做法,是为了运动员更好地消除疲劳,克服紧张情绪,而不应视做消极因素。
