目的了解江苏省某劳动密集型材料技术服务企业员工职业紧张状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法选取江苏省某劳动密集型材料技术服务企业626名员工为研究对象,采用《简明职业紧张问卷》调查其工作要求-自主(JDC)模式职业紧张情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果 626名研究对象中,JDC模式高职业紧张检出率为78.9%(494/626)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,月收入是发生JDC模式高职业紧张的独立影响因素,月收入在>5 000~8 000元的员工高职业紧张检出率(94.0%)高于月收入>8 000元(72.7%)的员工。结论该企业员工JDC模式职业紧张检出率较高,其职业紧张发生的独立影响因素为月收入,其中中上等收入人群为职业紧张高危人群。
Objective To understand the occupational stress of employees in a labor-intensive material technology service enterprise in Jiangsu Province and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A stratified stratified random sampling method was used to select 626 employees of a labor-intensive material technology service enterprise in Jiangsu Province as the research object. The “Concise Occupational Stress Questionnaire” was used to investigate occupational stress in the JDC model. Its influencing factors are analyzed. Results Among 626 subjects, the prevalence of high occupational stress in JDC was 78.9% (494/626). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that monthly income was the independent influencing factor of high occupational stress in JDC mode. The detection rate of high occupational stress (94.0%) among employees whose monthly income was over 5 000 ~ 8 000 was higher than that of monthly income> 8 000 Yuan (72.7%) employees. Conclusion The JDC model of occupational occupational stress has a higher detection rate of occupational stress. The independent influencing factor of occupational stress is monthly income, of which the upper middle income group is the occupationally high-risk group.
