目的:建立气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)检测降压类中成药及保健食品中非法添加化学药物的方法。方法:采用溶剂超声或液-液萃取方式对样品进行提取富集,GC-MS的Scan模式分析,采用Rtx-5ms毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),程序升温:初始温度150℃(1min),8℃·min-1升至250℃(5min),再以12℃·min-1升至280℃(15min),选择EI离子源,溶剂延迟2min,质谱扫描40~350amu。结果:本方法能够在30~60min内快速检测降压类中成药及保健食品中是否非法添加尼群地平等7种化学药物,并在2批样品中分别检出了尼群地平和可乐定。结论:该法快速?准确,专属性强,可用于快速打假中的检测。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of antihypertensive drugs and health food products in illegal addition of chemicals. Methods: The samples were extracted and enriched by solvent ultrasonic or liquid-liquid extraction. The scanning mode of GC-MS was analyzed by Rtx-5ms capillary column (30m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm). The program temperature was raised to 150 ℃ (1min), 8 ℃ · min-1 to 250 ℃ (5min), then 12 ℃ · min-1 to 280 ℃ (15min), select EI ion source, solvent delay 2min, mass spectrometry scan 40 ~ 350amu. Results: The method was able to rapidly detect whether 7 kinds of nitrendipine drugs were illegally added to the hypotensive Chinese medicines and health food products in 30-60 minutes. Nitrendipine and clonidine were detected in 2 batches of samples. Conclusion: The method is fast, accurate and specific, which can be used in the rapid detection of fraud.
