在人类管理的森林生态里,由于人类、植物、有害生物、环境条件和天敌等各组分之间存在着相当复杂的关系,所以其中任何一因子的变动,都会直接或间接地影响整个森林的生态系统。在防治上要从生态学观点出发,在管理上要创造不利于病虫害发生的条件,减少或不用化学农药,保护天敌,提高自然的控制能力,保持园林生态的稳定。因此,在现阶段制定森林病虫害治理对策时,应全面考虑生态平衡、社会安全、防治效果和经济效益,放宽防治指标,将有害生物控制在可允许为害范围之内。基于此,植保工作必须以搞好植物检疫为前提,养护管理为基础,积极开展生物、物理防治,合理使用化学农药,协调各种防治方法。
In human-managed forest ecosystems, because of the rather complex relationships among the components of human beings, plants, pests, environmental conditions and natural enemies, any change in one of these factors will directly or indirectly affect the entire forest ecosystem. In the prevention and control from the ecological point of view, in management to create conditions that are not conducive to the occurrence of pests and diseases, reduce or not chemical pesticides, natural enemies, improve natural control, and maintain the ecological stability of the garden. Therefore, at the present stage, we should comprehensively consider ecological balance, social security, prevention and control effects and economic benefits when relaxing forest pests and diseases control measures, relax prevention and control targets, and control pests within permissible limits. Based on this, plant protection work must take the premise of improving plant quarantine, conservation and management as the basis, and actively carry out biological and physical control, rational use of chemical pesticides, coordination of various control methods.
