语言符码理论是英国教育社会学家巴兹尔·伯恩斯坦(Basil Bernstein)提出的重要思想。学术界常借用语言符码理论来探讨教育公平问题,本文借用语言符码理论探讨民族教育问题,选用现实生活中生动的教学案例说明教材、试卷中存在的问题。少数民族学生只有熟练掌握精密型语言符码,才能较快地适应社会的发展和变化。相关主管部门也应重视学校师资培训和硬件设施的配置,尽量为民族地区学生的学习创造更多有利条件,为他们提供公平公正的教育环境。
The language code theory is an important idea put forward by Basil Bernstein, a British educational sociologist. The academic community often borrows the language code theory to explore the issue of education fairness. This article uses the language code theory to explore ethnic education and selects vivid teaching cases in real life to illustrate the problems existing in textbooks and test papers. Only when the minority students master the precise language code can they adapt to the development and changes of the society more quickly. Relevant authorities should also pay attention to the allocation of teachers’ training and hardware facilities in schools and try their best to create more favorable conditions for the students in minority areas to provide them with a fair and equitable educational environment.
