目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效.方法:选取2019年1月～2019年10月收治的妊娠期高血压患者110例,按随机数表法平分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效.结果:①观察组显效37例,有效16例,总有效率96.4％,对照组显效22例,有效20例,总有效率76.4％,P<0.05;②观察组舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压均显著低于对照组,P<0.05.结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗妊娠期高血压效果理想,值得推广应用.
